Can I cancel or modify an order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can! We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your order. However, please note that you can only cancel or make changes to your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

How do I track my delivery?
We want to keep you informed every step of the way, from the moment you place your order to the time it's delivered. That's why we'll send you regular updates about your order status, including real-time driver tracking so you can follow your order and know exactly where it is. In the rare event that we experience any delays, we'll be sure to contact you and provide a revised delivery time.

Who can receive my order?
To ensure the safe and responsible delivery of alcohol, we require that the person who purchased the order be the one to receive it. When our drivers arrive to make the delivery, they will check photo identification to confirm that the recipient is 18 years of age or older. For subsequent deliveries to the same customer, if we have successfully verified the age of the recipient during the initial delivery and we believe it is safe to do so, we may leave the package unattended at the delivery address at your request. Please add your request to the 'Delivery Notes' section when checking out, providing specific instructions on where to leave the package securely.

What happens if I'm not available to receive the delivery?
If you're not available to receive the delivery, we have options to ensure you receive your order conveniently. In most cases, you can schedule a redelivery directly with the carrier service handling your package. They will provide instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at a suitable time for you. Please refer to the delivery notification or tracking information for details on how to manage the redelivery process.
For subsequent deliveries to the same customer, if we have successfully verified the age of the recipient during the initial delivery and we believe it is safe to do so, we may leave the package unattended at the delivery address at your request. If you prefer this option, please add your request to the 'Delivery Notes' section when checking out, providing specific instructions on where to leave the package securely.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
We do offer delivery on weekends and public holidays, but please note that this service is currently available only within the state of Victoria. For customers residing in other states, we do not provide weekend or public holiday delivery at this time.

What is the return policy?
At Cheapest Liquor, we are committed to providing the best possible service and ensuring that every product you purchase arrives in excellent condition. Our return policy complies with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds:
When Can You Return a Product?
We accept returns under the following circumstances:1. Late Delivery:
- If your order does not arrive within the promised delivery timeframe, you may request a refund and return the product at no cost to you.
- We will arrange the return process and cover all associated shipping costs.2. Faulty or Incorrect Products:
- If the product delivered is incorrect or faulty, please notify us within 7 working days of delivery.
- For faulty items, we require that at least 3/4 of the bottle is returned to us for assessment before a refund is approved. The cost of return shipping will be covered by Cheapest Liquor.What Is Not Eligible for a Return?
- Change of Mind:
- We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Once a product leaves our warehouse, we cannot control its handling or storage, ensuring fairness and product quality.- Aged or Back-Vintage Wines:
- Aged wines come with inherent risks due to factors beyond our control. If you believe an aged wine is faulty:
- Provide evidence of proper storage conditions.
- Further assessment, such as chemical analysis or supplier tasting, may be required.
- If deemed faulty, a refund will be provided. If judged to be sound, the contents will be returned to you at your cost.
- Claims for aged wines are valid up to one year from the purchase date.How to Initiate a Return:
