The grapes thrived under the extended sunny days and cool nights towards harvest, allowing each vineyard block to fully express its potential. The wine was meticulously crafted, with free-run juice cold settled and fermented primarily in stainless steel, complemented by a select portion in oak vats and with wild yeasts to add complexity and texture. Rigorous blending from 82 different samples resulted in a final blend that captures the essence of the region’s distinct Sauvignon Blanc.
The nose of this Sauvignon Blanc is enticing, filled with aromas of ripe honeydew melon, passionfruit, and vibrant citrus, accented by a hint of fresh blackcurrant leaf.
