Who can receive my order?

To ensure the safe and responsible delivery of alcohol, we require that the person who purchased the order be the one to receive it. When our drivers arrive to make the delivery, they will check photo identification to confirm that the recipient is 18 years of age or older. For subsequent deliveries to the same customer, if we have successfully verified the age of the recipient during the initial delivery and we believe it is safe to do so, we may leave the package unattended at the delivery address at your request. What happens if I'm not available to receive the delivery?

If you're not available to receive the delivery, we have options to ensure you receive your order conveniently. What is the return policy?

We accept returns of unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed items, or items that have been damaged due to mishandling. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
