How do I track my delivery?

Who can receive my order?

To ensure the safe and responsible delivery of alcohol, we require that the person who purchased the order be the one to receive it. When our drivers arrive to make the delivery, they will check photo identification to confirm that the recipient is 18 years of age or older. For subsequent deliveries to the same customer, if we have successfully verified the age of the recipient during the initial delivery and we believe it is safe to do so, we may leave the package unattended at the delivery address at your request. Please add your request to the 'Delivery Notes' section when checking out, providing specific instructions on where to leave the package securely.
What happens if I'm not available to receive the delivery?

If you're not available to receive the delivery, we have options to ensure you receive your order conveniently. In most cases, you can schedule a redelivery directly with the carrier service handling your package. They will provide instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at a suitable time for you. Please refer to the delivery notification or tracking information for details on how to manage the redelivery process.

We do offer delivery on weekends and public holidays, but please note that this service is currently available only within the state of Victoria. For customers residing in other states, we do not provide weekend or public holiday delivery at this time.

What is the return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you're not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We accept returns of unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed items, or items that have been damaged due to mishandling. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged.
