Who can receive my order?

To ensure the safe and responsible delivery of alcohol, we require that the person who purchased the order be the one to receive it. When our drivers arrive to make the delivery, they will check photo identification to confirm that the recipient is 18 years of age or older. For subsequent deliveries to the same customer, if we have successfully verified the age of the recipient during the initial delivery and we believe it is safe to do so, we may leave the package unattended at the delivery address at your request. Please add your request to the 'Delivery Notes' section when checking out, providing specific instructions on where to leave the package securely.
What happens if I'm not available to receive the delivery?

If you're not available to receive the delivery, we have options to ensure you receive your order conveniently. In most cases, you can schedule a redelivery directly with the carrier service handling your package. They will provide instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at a suitable time for you. What is the return policy?
